Yes - surely by stating it clearly in the Personal Specification. This is
clearly a discriminatory tool, but so long as it discriminates using legal
characteristics(presentation, qualification, experience, etc.) and not using
illegal ones (ethnic origin, nationality, gender) then that's OK. Important
to remember that all job applicants have a right to see the Personal
Specification that has been used as a shortlisting tool.
