Others have mentioned ideas on brands. I would just add that for
transcribing, I really recommend getting a foot pedal attachment (they're
cheap) that plugs into the remote spot on the recorder. This allows for
easy stops and starts when typing and is invaluable for lots of data.
Of course, maybe you are all using voice sensitive transcribing now. But
for old-fashioned typing, the pedal is essential.
