It's very hard to find GT texts written in Latin languages. I'm following
the steps indicated by Thomas Muhr: I have sent a message to those
publishers who have published books about grounded theory and I have sent a
message to Atlas-ti list. I received no answers yet. And I'm searching the
altavista, the excite and the yahoo using the key word "Teoría
Fundamentada".
I have found about ten web pages using that key word, but just two with
articles about GT. It's because "teoría fundamentada" also appear in
sentences like "...es una teoría fundamentada en la crítica marxista...".
I have found no home pages searching the key word "Teoría Emergente". I
suppose the most common translation for grounded theory to Spanish is
"teoría fundamentada". An example is the home page www.oei.es/cts.htm -
Article: La espistemología socializada: entrevista con Steve Fuller -
Publicación parcial en La Voz de Asturias. Entre ciencia y sociedad:
"Hay una expresión metodológica que usan muchos sociólogos de la ciencia al
explicar cómo introducen la teoría en su trabajo y sus estudios de
laboratorio, se trata de la expresión "teoría fundamentada" [grounded
theory]: consiste en no introducir ningún elemento teórico que no
introduzcan los propios actores estudiados..."
The ohter web page address is:

Article: Costumbres Rurales Impiden que Habitantes de Iztacalco Participen
de la Dinámica Urbana,
by Rosario Valdez Camargo:
"...Sobre este particular, el doctor César Cisneros Puebla, académico del
Area de Estudios Rurales, puntualizó que con la metodología llamada Teoría
Fundamentada (Grounded Theory)..."
I suppose the translation "Teoría Emergente" is not frequent used. And the
meaning of "Teoria Fundamentada" is closer to "Grounded Theory" than
"Teoria Emergente".
In Portuguese I have found just one translation for Grounded Theory: "Teoria
Fundamentada nos Dados".
See www.usp.br/eerp/ -
Article: Vivendo em Constante Conflito: o significado da prática docente no
ensino médio de enfermagem,
by Lúcia Helena Pereira dos Santos; Profª Drª Silvia Helena de Bortoli
Cassiani (Orientadora)
"...Dada a natureza do problema, este estudo, de caráter qualitativo,
utilizou como referencial metodológico a Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados
(Grounded Theory)..."
The next step will be the list ETNOEDU, suggested by R. A. Jeffrey.
