There used to be only few from mailing list during big event such as Christmas.
Would you teach me how to treat my patient?
1.Main complaint
Weakness of T.A.(Tibialis Anterior) and difficulty in walking
2.Patient profile
85 years old blind female.She lives alone by helper's visit.
3.Other disease
Osteoprosis
Laterally crooked left third toe and finger,but no pain.
4.Past history
5 years ago she had a lumber pain and was given an injection to lumber.
I don't know what kind of drug was injected.After the injection she had
a weakness of T.A.
and have been dragging herself along.
5.Muscle power(Daniel)

Quadriceps good good
T.A. poor fair
6.Pain
There are not severe pain.
7.My question
(1)Is there any possibility to injure L4 root by injection?
What kind of treatment can cure the damage?
(2)If I cannot strengthen T.A. by exercise,I am going to prescribe ankle
foot orthosis that
can help ankle dorsi flexion for her.
Is it right?
