Associate posts available at the Department of Geography at Newcastle
University to work on a two-year project on 'Migration, residential
preferences and the changing environment of cities', directe dby Tony

RESEARCH ASSOCIATES (2 POSTS)
Two Research Associates are required for a two-year project on
'Migration, residential preferences and the changing environment of
cities' funded by the ESRC as part of its Cities: Competitiveness and
Cohesion Research Programme. One post involves survey work and
in-depth interviews, the other the analysis of census datasets.
Applicants should have a good first degree in Geography or a related
discipline and preferably a postgraduate research qualification.
Salary will be at an appropriate point up to 21,016 pounds on the
Grade 1A scale of 15,159 to 22,785 pounds per year, according to
qualifications and experience.
