The proposal, below, seems problematic because it introduces a method of
recurrsion into DC-Simple that I do not think has been previously
considered, one which may conflict with alternative approaches such as
nested sets of related elements (a possible feature of a richer DC, not
DC-Simple).
At this juncture I would feel uncomfortable including this
recommendation in DC-Simple or representing it as an outcome of the DC-5
meeting.

For qualified DC there should be subelements of
Source corresponding to all the basic DC elements: ie
DC:Source.Title
DC:Source.Subject
DC:Source.Description
DC:Source.Coverage
DC:Source.Language
DC:Source.Relation
DC:Source.Source
DC:Source.Creator
DC:Source.Contributor
DC:Source.Publisher
DC:Source.Rights
DC:Source.Identifier
DC:Source.Date
DC:Source.Type
DC:Source.Format
(although the use of some of this could be
pretty weird in practice ... I'm mostly
thinking of DC:Source.Source and DC:Source.Relation)
