Dear Yoshi,
I undesratnd that a similar problem may have been tackled by Professor
Friston (FIL) and Professor Murray from the Institute of Psychiatry, where
two groups of schizophrenic subjects from different PET (?) scanners were
combined. I think they used a factorial design in SPM to account for the
data coming form different scanners.
