I have encounted an odd output from the Statistics section, or rather a
lack of output. Although no error messages are generated, no SPMt.mat file
is written. The output consistes only of the subject list, the design
matrix, and an odd page that has the contrasts written in red superimposed
on full page graph axes.
The specifics are:
Multisubjects, multiple conditions
4 subjects (Yes, I know this is small, but this is a preliminary
analysis of pilot data and SPM has worked before with 4 subjects)
2 conditions
2 Contrasts (-1 1 & 1 -1)
Funny thing is, if I drop one subject the analysis proceeds as normal and
results in an SPMt.mat file. There is nothing wrong with that subject's
images as far as I can tell.
Does anyone know what this type of problem signifies ?
