RESEARCH POSTS - Virtual Modelling in the Aerospace Industry
The Modelling and Simulation Research Group, based in the School of
Engineering, has successfully secured a major research grant from the
IMI/Aerospace initiative to investigate the use of virtual modelling tools
in the design and manufacture of airframes. The project is funded by the
Engineering and Physical Sciences Council (EPSRC), British Aerospace,
Computer Science Corporation and Deneb Visual Systems. A number of
opportunities exist for suitably qualified graduates/postgraduates.
