of "DeLiberations in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education".
"DeLiberations" is one of the leading web sites for academics,
educational developers, librarians and C&IT specialists who are
interested in educational change and improvement. We are
looking for someone with a Higher Education background to edit
DeLiberations by liaising with the four communities as a
journalist and researcher to animate contributions and debate.
You will also be expected to contribute to the work of the
Educational and Staff Development team within the University
whose aim is to develop and manage an educational and academic
staff development service to help the University achieve its goals.
In the forthcoming year this will involve, amongst other things,
the further development of the teaching and learning strategy
(with particular emphasis on the experience of students on the
first year of undergraduate courses) and the incorporation of
C&IT into programmes. Salary will be up to a maximum of
Stg.24,801 per annum dependent upon qualifications and experience.
This is a one year fixed term contract.
