Hi,
I do not think it is the same in HE. From the statistics I get
from people (mainly academics) viewing my Web site (Application of
Presentation Technologies in Higher Education, APT), it is much more
like:
Netscape 75% (Netscape 4: 66%, Netscape 3: 29%, Netscape 2: 2%)
Internet Explorer 20% (IE 4: 82%, IE 3: 15%)
that is
49.5% Netscape 4
16.4% IE 4
But of course that is a single site
....
