Dear SPM experts,
I am wondering whether the following steps are correct:
(1) realigment of fMRI time-series and calculation of their mean image
(2) smoothing the result
(2) statistics of this smoothed and realigned time-series and then
"write" the activationloci as an image to a file
(3) coregister the original anatomical T1-image (the target) and the
mean functional T2-image (the object) with the
activationloci image file
as other. This involves affine transformations and segmentation.
This produces a new activationloci image file.
My question is: does this image have the same voxel coordinates as
the original
T1-image. This means they are matched.
If so, I could overlay the activationloci in color on the ORIGINAL
T1-image ( NOT the normalized T1-image).
This requires, of course, a little programming effort in MATLAB.
Regards,
Walter
