I would like to agree wholeheartedly with Mike. I tried, but I
just couldn't read the document- it was too much effort. The moving
balls are very distracting. It is also a good idea to restrict the
width of text on a web-page (See how New Scientist do this!). If it is
too wide, readers lose track of which line they are reading as they
scan from left to right.
Solution: I'm not bad at html- if someone would like to pay me to make
these pages more readable, I'll do it!
After that, I might be able to comment on the content.
