**Molecular Biology Information Sources for Librarians**

If you wish to find out what information resources are coming out of the
Genome Project then you should attend this workshop. It is intended for
Librarians and other Information Professionals who wish to understand what
the Genome Project is, how to find out more about it and how to carry out
straightforward searches of the major databanks available via the Internet.
The principal data resources will be reviewed, covering both the human
genome, plant and animal genomes, ethical/social issues as well as
information for the public and for patients. Delegates will be given an
opportunity for hands on using the sites mentioned.
