"Knowledge Technology invites those with managerial responsibility for the
provision of network or help desk services to a workshop at our Bristol HQ
on Wednesday 4th November. This workshop is being organised specifically
for academia and is free to those attending.

This workshop will be important to you if you are addressing such issues as:

 - Operating a 24hr by 365 days of the year unmanned help desk

- Identifying the 4% of actual network problems out of the 90% of calls
logged with a help desk that are supposedly network related

- Reducing the 80% of time spent on identifying problems to increase the
amount of time available to fix

- Adding value to your investment in help desk software (most proprietary
high end systems) by integrating with real time correlation and
management tools

Can you afford not to be here?

The work shop will start at 10.00 with registration/coffee and finish with
a buffet lunch at 13.00

Please come along and see for yourselves the tools that are available to
assist you in meeting performance targets, Service Level Agreements and
provide users with the resources they need to satisfy evolving requirements.

Areas that will be covered include:

- Increased service availability
- Dramatically reduced network costs
- Proactive Service Level Management
- End to End Service Management
- Guaranteed Return On Investment

Places will be limited so please confirm your attendance with Martyn
Woodbridge as soon as possible.

In the meantime, visit WideAwake and other Knowledge Technology web sites
to find out more or call Martyn for further information.
