Something to shout about! How library staff can stop Shhing and
start promoting their services.
Promoting our services is more important than ever, yet library staff
generally feel that marketing is not for them. Antony Brewerton,
National Academic Co-ordinator for National Libraries Week '97, will
explore why this is an essential part of library management and why
we need not fear the marketing process. He will lead a workshop
session to discover how we can all market our own services
efficiently and effectively.
Date: 8th October 1998
Time: 6pm - 8pm
Venue: EEF, Tothill Street, London (near St James' tube station)
Price: six pounds
