You could use the F programming language as a coding standard for
Fortran. See the book of M. Metcalf and J. Reid "The F programming
language", or the Web page http://kumo.swcp.com/imagine1/. Note that
Imagine1 offers a free educational version of their compiler which
checks if your code adheres to the F coding standard.
The book of C.H. Koelbel e.a. "The High-Performance Fortran Handbook"
contains a chapter on Fortran coding styles.
