Dear users:
I am handling the example "lips.odc" (lip cancer in Scotland) analysed by
Clayton and Kaldor (1987).
I would like to obtain the posterior probability (PP), for each i-th Relative
Risk (RR), of being greater than the global median of the RR over the map.
Bernardinelli et al (1995) calculated it as the proportion of iterations
(post-convergence) in which the value sampled for the i-th RR was greater than
the median of the values sampled for all the areas.
How can I obtain these PP using WinBugs and the model described in "lips.odc"?
Thank you.
