Cris, it seemed to me that the hard work and awkwardness was central to the
performance - rather than for instance the performance turning out to be
hard work and awkward
It seemed that when Aaron came off his stopping stone, the activity level of
the performance dropped, Tertia paused, like waiting till the ball was back
in play, so that it was necessary for him to cope with that effort and
awkwardness
Do you agree? Can you say anything more on that? As the publisher of the
book you may have insights
