Cruising through the bibliographic datasets (the way we librarians do)
looking for John Kinsella (as anyone might) I came across this as one of
his titles:
Professional Charcuterie, Sausage Making, Curing, Terrines and Pates
Sadly, I guess this is not our own JK holding down a lucretive sideline to
keep the larder full of lentils, but it does remind me of the great sales
potential in giving your poetry book a "false drop" title: I was once
given several copies of Jonathan Williams' _Mahler_ by a frustrated music
shop manager - and the all-time sales hit at Pig Press was Alasdair
Paterson's _Topiary_ (long out-of-print), for which we still have a steady
trickle of orders from gardening bookshops in the shires. There's a gap in
the market there...
