ad 1)
By a "Virtual Atlas of ..." I imagined something similar to
"Phase Diagrams for Ceramists" (ACS 1964 ff) and "Schlackenatlas/Slag
Atlas" (Stahleisen Duesseldorf 1981). That means merely a compilation of
facts - in whatever manner of presentation - with only some explanatory
text neccessary to understand just the basics of the methods of research
applied and with a rather short description of what can be seen on the
diagrams and the pictures, with references.
