Dear All
Under the new fees arrangements, if a student has been assessed by an LEA,
are our reporting responsibilities to that LEA the same (in terms of
reporting in-year changes of programme etc) regardless of what the LEA is
actually paying? If they aren't paying anything do we still have to keep
them informed in the same way? Sorry, I'm sure the answer is in one of
the ACLs, but I'm hoping that someone just knows it. Thanks.
