We can propably help, check out
http://ceo.gelos.org,
http://ewse.ceo.org
http://cils.[dlr.de, ceo.org, eoc.csiro.au, unep.org]
http://gcmd.gsfc.nasa.gov
We have created DC data for all of these and would propably be quite
willing to
1. Put them up as one big file
2. Give simple TXT records by web access
3. Put them up as SUTR in the existing Z gateway
4. Give you direct database access
whatever is usefull. Obviously we would have to agree to not
abuse the email addresses etc, etc.
