If the Dublin Core is to be embraced by the whole world, then shouldn't
there be an official web page sponsored by the Dublin Core organization (if
such a thing exists?), rather than by an individual? Is there any official
site out there--that is, a site analogous to W3C which deals specifically
with Dublin Core specs? If not, why the heck not?!?
