Laurie,
I am very impressed that 35 years after earning one doctorate, you are
pursuing another one. You give me hope, because in a small way you struck a
chord with me. Twenty years ago I worked at MSU's Cyclotron Laboratory,
where among other things I kept radiation safety records. Now I am a
wanna-be medievalist, just beginning graduate courses. Good luck with your
studies.

attend so much to hearing what he himself
wants as to willing what he has heard from you.
