In the draft RFC for Dublin Core Metadata for Simple Resource Description,
the last 2 sentences under the element Format read as follows:
"As with Resource Type, Format will be assigned from enumerated lists
such as registered Internet Media Types (MIME types). In principal, formats
can include physical media such as books, serials, or other non-electronic
media."
In formats are non-electronic, what kind of data would go into the element
FORMAT? Wouldn't it then be the same as RESOURCE TYPE? Shouldn't that last
sentence ("In principal....") go at the end of the definition of Resource
Type instead?
