I agree with Stu on this one. I like Jon and Martin's "sub-elements"
document, but would not want to accept it as-is. For one thing, I think
the consensus on the list about a month ago was to deprecate the use of
<subject scheme="abstract"> and use a new <description> element instead.
There are other comments I could make on the draft, but am pressed for time
right now.
