I know of one story from the Cantigas de Santa Maria, based on a
Spanish legend, wherein a Jewish girl, falling from a gret height,
prays to the Virgin to save her, and Mary intercedes and does so.
Thereafter, the girl becomes a Christian in gratitude, though, and
all the witnesses are amazed and begin praising God. Not quite the
same thing as you were asking, and it is told from a Christian
perspective.
Some Jewish Sephardic songs and poems are critical of Mary and the
idea of a human woman being the "mother of God". I can't remember
immediately which one I'm thinking of, but if I find out the
reference, I'll let you know.
