Simon,
I do not have to hand any Medieval liturgical calendars, but feel rather
confident that the Evangelists' feasts have not changed. The current
liturgical calendar celebrates Lukes's feast on 18 October. Should you wish
to confirm the Medieval date, most breviaries or books of hours should include
calendars of liturgical feasts.
I see that the ubiquitous Otfried has already answered your question about
Kalendae. If you have more calendar questions, you should check out the
Internet calendar FAQ. This is posted monthly to news.answers, and is available
for ftp from ftp://login.dknet.dk/pub/ct/calendar.faq. This will answer
questions you never knew you had. For example, which day is the leap day? It's
not I Kaland Martius!
