Greetings all! Neil Smith has suggested, and I agree, that those who
will not be able to be physically present at the Vancouver conference but
would like to pursue virtual links explore the possibilities and make a
proposal to the Vancouver organizers (or a few proposals as appropo).
The Vancouver organizers are just too busy with other details to handle
this task. Any enthusiastic volunteers (and perhaps computer whizzes)
