Hello,
I am executing some FSL commands using a Matlab script. Unfortunately, the data that I am working with is stored on a path that has a whitespace in the folder name (which I am not allowed to change), for example, /Users/nj/folder with space/. So, when I execute an FSL command by setting it using sprintf and executing as a system(command), I get an error: Image Exception : #63 :: No image files match: /Users/nj/folder
libc++abi.dylib: terminating with uncaught exception of type std::runtime_error: No image files match: /Users/nj/folder
I tried to test it by temporarily putting files in a folder that has no space in the path, and it works perfectly. Is there any way to get around this?
Thanks!
