Greetings FSL Experts,
I have used a preprocessing script from a colleague, which used the old eddy_correct for motion correction on diffusion data. I am trying to figure out a way to extract the motion parameters to calculate the mean displacement/rotation for each subject. I'm having a hard time understanding how to go about this. I've scoured the FSL documentation and can't seem to come up with a reasonable answer to this question. I know this is a very newbie question, so many apologies in advance. Can someone please explain to me the best way to go about extracting motion parameters for my sample of 300+ subjects from the .ecclog? Or point me in the right direction of some documentation that explains this? Any help is very much appreciated!
Best,
Stephanie Otto
