Hi,
I have been advised to use their original gender as their lungs will not have changed, but if anyone knows differently please share.
Regards,
Rosemary

Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Health surveillance - gender reassignment
Hi,
Has anyone undertaken e.g. spirometry or audiometry for someone who has reassigned gender? Question: Are settings/outcomes/parameters etc input and measured by the original gender always, or at some point do the parameters change? And, if so, when is that?
Any help/experience/advice gratefully received. OHP I asked unsure.
Thanks,
Richard
