Dear FSL Experts,
Our lab has been trying to perform a Whole-Brain ASL analysis using the perfusion information generated from the First-Level FEAT, but we have been running into issues getting the Higher Level FEAT analysis to detect that the perfusion and perfusion_calib files are in MNI space. We are using these files from a previous First-Level FEAT on our ASL data, which we then perform a registration of the perfusion image into the MNI space using the MNI152_T1_2mm reference and a highres2standard.mat provided from a feat directory used in a different analysis for the same subjects. After we perform this transform, we've been trying to feed the newly registered perfusion file into a higher level FEAT analysis, but it keeps saying that this image is not in the MNI space. Is there anything we're missing in regards to registering these images into the correct analysis space? Or is there a way to bypass the registration check to perform the higher level whole brain analysis? Thank you for your assistance, it is much appreciated.
Sincerely,
Brendan Angelo
