Hi,
If I use a file created by relion_convert_star to re-extract particles from a micrograph set imported using the import job, I get an error at the end of the job (see below), and it fails to collate the individual output star files into a single output.
It seems that this error is because although these start files comprise the same dataset, one has been labeled OpticsGroup1, and the Other has been labeled OpticsGroup0.
This is not a big deal - I can manually stitch the per-mic star files together easily enough using awk - but I think it would be better to raise this error at the beginning of the extraction job, rather than the end. In addition, Import and relion_convert_star should I think use the same convention in terms of whether to start at optics group 1 or 0.
Cheers
Oli
