Dear FSL Experts,
I contact you because today I had problems using some functions of FSL. I have FSL 6.0.0 installed, but some functions working with nifti files produce "truncated" files that cannot be used as input to other functions nor be visualized using fsleyes.
I tested other commands (such as autoaq) which still work. I hypothesize because it does not work on images, but I cannot confirm it. This is the message I get when opening the nifti images using fsleyes:
Details: Expected 53452800 bytes, got 59224 bytes from object
- could the file be damaged?
This is the error when trying to execute a command over one of this images (e.g. using robustfov):
Image Exception : #22 :: Failed to read volume T1_reoriented_corrected.nii.gz
Error : Error: short read, file may be truncated
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'armawrap::AWException'
what(): Failed to read volume T1_reoriented_corrected.nii.gz
Error : Error: short read, file may be truncated
[1] 24167 abort (core dumped) robustfov -i T1_reoriented_corrected.nii.gz -r
Moreover, this problem appears to be happening with functions of other packages such as ants. Therefore, even if I reinstall FSL I am not sure it will fix this error, how should I proceed?
Thank you very much for taking this matter into consideration.
