This also applies to other CEs running without site APEL services, like ARC and HTCondorCE, IIRC? Would it be possible to modify the central APEL service to accept records from Vac, Vcycle, ARC and HTCondorCE services that are in GOCDB rather than have to register a virtual site APEL service? So I suppose that means checking that the service has a service type from a list rather than just being the site APEL service’s service type?
