Dear experts,
I am processing a DWI dataset acquired in two DICOM series (1st is b=0, b=1000, b=2500 with PE in AP direction, 2nd is b=0 with PE in PA direction). The second series has (due to subject movement) rather large translation in z direction (inferiorly) wrt to 1st series (around 10 mm).
These data after processing eddy have seriously cropped FOV (superiorly), i.e. large portion of brain top is missing. Why it is the case? The information from brain top is present in all volumes. Could I prevent this to occur?
Thank you very much, regards,
Antonin Skoch
