are you sure that it actually corrects the slices with the dropouts? It is true that it generates all the “outlier report files” even without the --repol option. It is also true that internally it detects outliers when estimating movement so as to avoid outliers affecting the precision of the estimated movement. But unless you have specified --repol it should bring the outliers back in before writing out the final results. Have you looked carefully at the final output to see if the outliers have really been replaced?
