I think the issue here is the error line: ImportError: libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory,
Can you try step 7 from the Windows install wiki ( relevant text copied below: )

If fsleyes doesn't start with a message referring to: libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0, then you will need to run:
sudo apt-get install libgtk2.0-0
