Hi,
I ran tbss_deproject using the following commands:
fslmaths all_FA_skeletonised -thr 0.95 All_FA_Deproject
tbss_deproject All_FA_Deproject 1 -n
I also used the above commands on skeletonised MD and on other skeletonised non-FA measures (NODDI parameters). The resulting images for the NODDI skeletonised images are empty. With fslstats, I can confirm that it is all 0. What could be the reason for this? The default is to deproject to all_FA (nonlinearly aligned) subject space. Is this appropriate for the NODDI or other non-FA images?
The result for the deprojected skeletonised FA is only showing a few voxels. Why is this the case when the deprojected MD seems to be OK?
Does tbss_deproject only work if the input are in MNI space?
Thank you in advance.
All the best,
Leonor
