Hi Erez,
Have you manually modified the tstat images In the FEAT folder? The first tstat image that featquery is trying to process is stats/tstat1_MNI which is not a standard output from FEAT. The initial mask passed in ( IPS0_left_MNI_func.nii.gz ) is being processed correctly ( e.g. transformed to functional space ) but featquery is failing when applying the transformed mask to tstat1_MNI, as the files are in different space.
