So there would be an issue on the first level if running a GLM with both pre- and post-runs (and motion regressors) included?
Because I would prefer running a combined model and set up my main contrasts on the first level (didn't know one could do that on the second level too), for instance, the post-versus-pre contrast. Would be good to have this on the single-subject level and then only compute group-level contrasts on the second level (e.g., comparing different experimental groups, between-subjects covariates).
