Hi Matthew,
thanks for your answer. When I've tried to do that, I've got the error:
x86_64-apple-darwin13.4.0-clang -I/Applications/fsl/fslpython/envs/fslpython/lib/R/include -DNDEBUG -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -mmacosx-version-min=10.9 -I/Applications/fsl/fslpython/envs/fslpython/include -fPIC -march=core2 -mtune=haswell -mssse3 -ftree-vectorize -fPIC -fPIE -fstack-protector-strong -O2 -pipe -I/Applications/fsl/fslpython/envs/fslpython/include -fdebug-prefix-map==/usr/local/src/conda/- -fdebug-prefix-map==/usr/local/src/conda-prefix -c C_FORTRAN_interface.c -o C_FORTRAN_interface.o
make: x86_64-apple-darwin13.4.0-clang: No such file or directory
make: *** [C_FORTRAN_interface.o] Error 1
ERROR: compilation failed for package ‘mvtnorm’
* removing ‘/Applications/fsl/fslpython/envs/fslpython/lib/R/library/mvtnorm’
Installation failed: Command failed (1)
My kernel version is Darwin 18.2.0 (macOS 10.14.3) and not darwin13.4.0. Do you think that I need to install an older macOS version to resolve my problem?
Thanks!
Helka
