Hi, Lambert do not usually charge for publication of manuscripts so,
technically, cannot be classified as predatory but rather vanity publisher.
You publish with them because you like to see your name on a book cover no
matter what is inside...
There is a wide range of publishers with inconsistent content/quality,
another one is Cambridge Scholars Publishers who (to my surprise) managed
even to get taken into account by quality-insurance institutions, in some
Western countries
That said, when I screen a CV and see that the person has published with
Lambert (or its counterparts like Presses universitaires
europeennes)...well, it is very unlikely that the person will make it to
the interview stage...
