For WebPA 3 (and hence PHP 7) I would recommend using the latest version
of the LTI connector (currently 2.0.1). This uses the updated LTI class
library for PHP which is also about to be updated (to version 3.1.1);
this update may include a fix which resolves your issue. I expect this
to be released within the next 24 hours.
