Thanks Steven, but ....

O my goodness me! This change so hosed now ....

opposite

What can I do.... so I'm going to update Approved VOs to show voms2 
changes, rollback voms1.

And I'm going to release rpms 1.10-1 with voms2 changes, no voms1 changes.

(Sites who have already moved will have the cherry pick this for 
themselves, I'm afraid. Let me know if this is just too screwed up.... 
and I'll do something else!)

Later (3 weeks) we'll publish voms1 changes on top of this....
