Dear all
I am coming back to the question asked by Micael some times ago.
I noticed exactly the same problem: the estimated noise (ctrl dragging a box in an empty spectral region) gives values that are enormous compared to peak intensities fitted in the same spectrum (in my spectra, I have a very decent S/N, beautiful protein, 0.6 mM at least ....).
I suppose that there is some factor between the two different values ...
I am (still) using ccpnmr 2.4.2
Thank you
