Does anyone have thoughts about the best style to use when cataloguing/summarising (older) minutes of an organisation in reasonable detail, to make the content accessible and searchable? How about what tense to use? If anyone has any guidelines, or catalogue descriptions of minutes that came out well, I would be glad to hear from you.
