Dear Ariadna,
Bit of a mystery what happened there. Could it be that you use "Add with
subfolders" when adding Documents\MATLAB to the path and there are
conflicts with functions in subdirectories?
More crucially, why are you changing the default value of the threshold
stored in ufp? I can see a previous email of yours "error model
estimation" where you came across the "Please check your data: There are
no significant voxels." error message. You mention using a two-sample
t-test: what are the input data to this model?
